Okami's InnerDialog process

Every person has a variety of energies that determine their life and accompany them every day in all their actions. These energies are not organized and work more randomly, do not seem to be controllable and influence thoughts, emotions, the energy balance, body sensations, even beliefs in a direct resonance and are therefore directly responsible for the quality of life. This is the law of consciousness.

Okami is a consciousness and authentic mindfulness teacher with 30 years of deep experience and guides the client naturally through the 3-month InnerDialogue.

The participant learns to know the life-guiding energies and to integrate blocking parts. InnerDialog is not a therapy and not a healing approach.

All energies are transformed in this process to their natural life-enhancing quality, also with a protective character.

The process serves to lead a conscious, authentic, powerful and loving life in which one controls the energies and uses them consciously according to the daily situations.

This applies in particular to the area of thoughts, because the participant learns in a natural but unexpected way to get to know and use the ever-present non-thinking.

Examples of internal energies:

the protector - the controller - the skepticism - the fear - the anger - the openness - the mindfulness - thinking and NOT THINK - the big heart.
